Payment
We accept cash or bank transfer. Please pay at the time of your treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens! Just let us know at least 24hrs in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24hrs notice will be charged in full.
No-Shows
If you don’t show up or the address provided is incorrect, the full fee will still apply.
Treatment Space
Please provide a safe, clean space with enough room for the massage bed. Parking within 5 mins walk is needed. If there are more than 2 flights of stairs, let us know beforehand.
Timing
We’ll need about 10 mins to set up and 10 mins to pack down. Your massage time is on top of that o If you’re late, the session may be shorter. If we’re late, we’ll adjust or reduce the price.
